Eat them.
I got a free sample of the "Calm" yogurt at work last week. It is a blend of honey, lavender and plum. I just ate it since I wanted some thing to help buffer all the antibiotics. I love it so much.

ashesngolddust. She is something of an organic food nut and she makes these amazing lotions and bath scrubs. Knowing that she will love this yogurt and also thinking that she should make some of their blends as scents. Oh, and you all should go buy stuff from her. So many people ask why my skin is so smooth and pretty- I use her products.
Anyway,I had kind of lost my taste for yogurt the last few years as it all seemed too sweet. This was amazing.
I must hunt down somewhere that carries their other products.
