It's probably over. Deadline Hollywood Daily and other sites are still cautioning folks that everything has to be put to a vote by the guild membership, and that taking Eisner's statement at face value might not be a good idea.

The vote is tomorrow. Here's hoping the writers got a decent deal and vote on it appropriately.
