I have two questions for some of my work projects.....

1) Microsoft word- I want to create a table of contents that allows me to create hot links to pages in the document. (Like line one of the ToC takes you to page one, Line two to page two, etc.) Can I? How?

2) Microsoft Access- I have a form/ table that I can export to Excel. However I only want to export a few of the fields. Again, Can I an if so how....

Thanks oodles and oodles.

1. It is possible (fortunately I was just shown this feature recently). Under the Insert menu, select Reference, then Index and tables. TOC is one of the options. Use hyperlinks is one of the available options.

2. This too is possible. You can do this by creating a report or a query, both of which have pretty easy to follow wizards.

Re 2.

In the table view, select the columns (fields) you want, hit CTRL-C to copy, and then paste them into an empty excel worksheet. It's easier than dealing with those pesky wizards.
