Computer Gurus

Ok, you have all heard/ read me go on and on about my computer woes.
Well, la_muse_verte we awesome enough to replace my motherboard. Ever since then I have been getting blue screens of death.
satanicmechanic took it for a while to try and diagnose the problem but he couldn't deal with the frustration of the very sensitive power source and then got bogged down with school and the new baby.
So, I have the laptop back and am on a mission of trying to fix her.
The error I get is: irql not less or equal
with number: 0x0000000A (0x002D003D, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x804E35E9)

I am praying that this is a software problem and not and issue with the motherboard since 1) I bought it brand new 2) It has been too long for me to send it back to them if it is bad 3) I can't afford to replace it again.

Thoughts? Fixes?
