You have made it ABUNDANTLY clear that I am not your friend. Despite all of the efforts that I made to maintain our relationship even after you treated me so shabbily you brought the end to things.
I removed you a long time ago as I did not have the energy to keep up any level of the charade.
As you are the one that terminated and relationship we may have had the least you can do is be honest in publication.
I am not angry, bitter or anything like that.
I am just really really sick of your insecure, jealous, duplicitous, psychotic shit.

Yeah, I have someone on my list like that too. Not sure what the deal is... person has gone out of the way to make sure I know I'm not welcome, yet to the public, a different face is presented... not sure what ludicrous agenda that fulfills.

yeah, I ignored it for a long time. Then I decided it was just more of the duplicitous, drama seeking, sandbox politics and figured I had to say something. After all, they made the choices. They don't get to play the victim...no matter how well they do it.

Sadly, no sage stick. I do have loose white sage though.
Hopefully I can find one when I am out tomorrow.

You can use the loose white sage.

Burn two white candles until they burn all the way down. Light the white sage with the white candles and sit in lotus pose while doing your mantra breathing.

In for 20-30 counts, out for 20-30 counts.

Place a small glass bowl of saltwater to your right and a medium size quartz crystal balanced on each palm.

On your left side, try to have an open window. If you cannot do this by an open window, do it in an really open space. Outside would be best, but I realize this is a very private meditation.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and meditate on really positive thoughts, generating really positive energy.
