Well, this is probably the last post of 2005.
I have to say it has been a hell of a year and I am happy to see it go.

1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?

NY Fringe Festival

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

I don't recall really making any.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Several people did and I couldn't be happier for them all

4. Did anyone close to you die?

Yes. Far too many people...

5. What countries did you visit?

Well, I went on GCII so I suppose You can say I visited Jamaica.

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?

Stability. Love that lasts...on both sides

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

Jan 1st. It was a beautifully perfect night of friends and love.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Keeping my head up. I took allot of hits this year. But, I did take them and I am still here.

9. What was your biggest failure?

I let myself down a great deal.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

A bout of pneumonia. A dislocated elbow. A broken heart. All in all nothing that doesn't heal

11. What was the best thing you bought?

A beautiful ring for a man I loved.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

Many many people. I am blessed to have some amazing people in my life who astound me at every turn.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

I don't want to walk toward the new year with any negative thoughts so I'll let this one pass.

14. Where did most of your money go?

Bills, H, my cats, my car repairs

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Geek Love/ The Fringe Festival, GCII, H

16. What song will always remind you of 2005?

Nina Gordon- New Year's Eve

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Sadder

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?

Performing

Believing

20. How will you be spending Christmas?

It was spent working at home and kitty sitting.

22. Did you fall in love in 2005?

I was already there and I fell deeper and deeper. Then, with all the falling- I landed. And it hurt.

23. What was your favorite TV program?

L&O, Medium, Boondocks, Family Guy, Supernatural

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

Again with the negative...

25. What was the best book you read?

House of Leaves

26. What was your greatest musical discovery?

Jill Sobule

27. What did you want and get?

Pass to the aquarium

28. What did you want and not get?

H, security, a job

29. What was your favorite film of this year?

Saw II

30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

I turned 32. I went to a friends puppet show then out for Karaoke with friends at my favorite dive bar.

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?

Basic Black

32. What kept you sane?

My cats, my friends, LJ

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

No one really.

34. What political issue stirred you the most?

I mostly avoid politics. They scare me.

35. Who did you miss?

A lot of people...

36. Who was the best new person you met?

I know so many amazing people. And some of them I haven't actually met in person so it just wouldn't be fair to single anyone out.

Love doesn't conquer all...
